Roasted vine tomato and red pepper soup served with artisan breads and butter (v).

Classic prawn cocktail; Atlantic prawns in a Marie rose sauce on baby gem lettuce served with breads.

Duck liver and orange pate served with red onion chutney and crostini breads.

Goat’s cheese topped with herb crumb with textures of beetroot, watercress salad and balsamic dressing (v).

To Follow

Hand carved roasted Norfolk turkey with apricot stuffing and chipolatas wrapped in streaky bacon.

Roasted Aberdeen Angus beef.

Roasted vegetarian nut loaf (v).

All of the above are served with garlic and rosemary roast potatoes,
Yorkshire pudding, steamed seasonal vegetables and rich gravy.

Pan fried fillet of sea bass with saffron infused mashed potato, asparagus and dressed with a lobster bisque.
